Your design and what you add to it

When you send us a design, you confirm that you have the right to use everything you add to it: your own text, special places and any route you upload. Routes you recorded yourself are fine. If you copy a route, words or an image from somewhere else (a guidebook, a website or another app), it is up to you to make sure you are allowed to.

We may refuse or ask you to change any design that includes words or content that are offensive, unlawful, or that infringe someone else's rights, such as a trade mark or someone else's copyright. We will tell you if we do, and you won't pay for anything we don't make.

Orders through Etsy

When you save your design we show you which Etsy listing and options it needs, and your design code spells them out (for example CM-0K3FWZ | A3 portrait | 26–40 layers). We check every Etsy order against its design before making anything. If the options you paid for don't match your design, we'll message you before we start, so you can pay the difference, change your design to fit what you paid for, or cancel with a full refund.

The map

Maps are made from open data (see data licences) and are decorative: they are not for navigation. The price shown when you create your layout is an estimate; we confirm the final price when we reply to your request.
